You don’t know how lights work. The bikers already confirmed she had right of way in this video I’ll link here. The roads are parallel meaning the lights work simultaneously. North bound traffic going straight has south bound traffic traveling the opposite way at the same time. His green light is her green light. But a green light does NOT mean u can turn. A solid green light gives him right of way to go straight not turn. Only a green arrow gives turning cars right of way. He still has to yield to oncoming traffic whether it is green or yellow. She has full right of way
