They broke that last rule in Pittsburgh recently. I-279 formerly connected to I-79 both north and southwest of Pittsburgh. I-376 was a spur of I-76 that ended at I-279 downtown. Now I-279 ends there, and I-376 connects back to I-76. What will we do?
