You are correct. USAID was taken over by the globalists and they have their own agenda. Trump is helping by making it an American institution again. Part of the the Make America Great Again.

USAID did this in every country, but it made it work for a lot of people! The issue Fidias was oversights, today China is doing the same, in Africa. We just need better oversight!

Very well said, Fidias. Spending $60,000,000 of American taxpayer money to interfere in European referendums is wasteful to say the least.
