Liquid nitrogen freezes and destroys both the wart and a small area of normal skin around the wart. A special spray bottle or a cotton swab is used to put on the liquid nitrogen. It takes about 10 to 20 seconds to apply.

I had mine frozen off by a doctor like 5 times and it kept coming back. Eventually went to dermatologist who legit used an electric razor to carve it out down to the bone and cauterize at the same time. My finger still has a chunk missing from it almost 2 decades later.
