Told someone the same thing about being denied access to other services,he was in denial until I sent him this clip. We are so messed up

This matter is still in the Appeals court. SHIA was declared unconstitutional but the courts allowed the State to remedy the failures within 120 days. They allowed SHA to continue with roll out in the interim. If I am not mistaken matter resumes on November 20th.
