The passion you have is felt deeply, @zachsagefox. I was a Hillel local campus director when 10/7 happened. I thought the partnerships I made prior would come to support Jewish students and Jewish life. I found many of these relationships to not be there for us when antisemitism skyrocketed. I chose that a better course for me was to be an activist for Jewish life all around and to combat this antisemitism. There are many things we can do together and with our allies, but one thing is clear: Jewish unity is essential. No matter our politics or levels of observances, we must all recommit our love for one another and our love for the Homeland of our people. This is disproportionate to the world's population, where Jews make up only 0.2%. Meanwhile, Muslims (25% world population) , only 15 of them won the Nobel prize, and only 7 of them spoke Arabic. 😝
