First, the Joe Podcast mentioned that Drake is not welcome there (not that he would care), so why dedicate an entire think-piece episode discussing Drake not giving interviews to hip-hop media while the so-called "winner" stay hiding out in a "small" town? And what is Parks doing there? The nonsense that comes out of his mouth makes me sigh. What does he mean by “he sat with someone that’s not like him”? 🤨 At this point, I’m not sure how to define who is like Drake.

This digital twin of Boston fuses together aerial 3d scans + vector maps + building (BIM) data + historical crime data + utility waterlines + zoning data. You can answer questions like: 1. Which buildings were recently constructed in the Boston skyline? 2. How does crime density correlate with zoning types across the city? 3. Where are the oldest water mains located, and how do they relate to the city's infrastructure? 4. What would this busy street look like with dedicated biking lanes? It's wild the progress the geospatial world is making. And you can do almost all of this with Esri tools and a sprinkling of game engines.

So you all elected a guy who would rather let the trade war continue so he can line the pockets of his European friends, and more trade with the UK & Europe instead of the U.S.? We are doomed.

🚨 ABSOLUTELY BRILLIANT! This Man Figured out how to Deal with Home Squatters • A squatter took over his mother’s house and she could not get rid of them. • This man had his mother lease the home to himself and then he moved in with the squatter until they left. • The idea is, since his mother leased it to him, he as a tenant would have a legal right to move in with the squatter. • He would then live with the squatter, put cameras up, and wait until there was an opportunity to lock them out of the home; therefore forcing the squatter to try to prove in court they have a legal right to be there, which they can’t. • It worked! After the squatter at his mothers house left, he is now using the same tactic to help others.
