Good way to kill Cardano

Hmmmm so far, not an issue for me as it seems only US SPOs would have to comply with this. So I guess at that point I find a SPO outside the US. If it was a must, then would become an issue as I can’t see myself sending my personal info to a annon.

I always wonder if all these ISPOs will come back to haunt a lot of projects and stake pool operators in the future

Not sure about the idea as a whole. Would need to think more on it, but would I send info to a stake pool? Absolutely not. At a glance it feels like the inch given that will turn into a mile.

As long as it's optional, I wouldn't mind. I really just hope the SEC know the difference between custodial staking-as-a-service by CEXs, and proper decentralized staking on Cardano. I'd prefer it if we didn't have to change staking for compliance reasons, but if we have to 🤷🏼‍♂️

No. I'd move my ADA to a pool that doesn't require my info. The USA isn't the center of the world. There are alternative.
