Ya. I’m pretty sure this guy is a Dog Park TROLL. He knows his dog is aggressive and takes it to a dog park which are meant for dogs to roam. His Dog would have met his end that day.

the guy is a sicko, he likes to see his dog kill other dogs, but his get out clause is that his dog is on a leash, and the other dogs ahat approach for a bum sniff should be under their owners control, which is right...but he is doing it for kicks,,,its sexual. if my dog was off leash , my dog is a peaceful dog and if it bum sniffed his dog and got attacked , i would kill his dog on the spot. and then stolen his phone and sold it.

Here's how I'd handle it:

Im not required to have a nice dog. I am required to keep my dog away from you. If its an off leash dog park thats one thing. If he is just walking in a public park thats another. That being said he should have helped get his dog off the other.

It is the lady's fault for having her dog off the leash, but the guys attitude didn't help the situation. I would have kicked the fuck out of that black dog, just to spite the owner for his attitude. Then I would have beat the shit out of the owner, call me petty idk! Lmfao

My dogs half German Shepard and half Belgian malinois and if a dog runs up to him he’ll probably eat their face off so I say keep the dog on a leash personally
