How would you react?

I would chalk it up to human error and not be anal about it.

I don't know that I would go that far, but they would have to fix it. My husband, he would probably react that way. He's asked for room changes for less. It's not money, because his company was paying, it's security and making it right.

Opportunist trying to take advantage of a mistake. I had same happened to me. Walked into the room, saw someone else’s suitcase open on the bed. Straight to front desk for a new room. Thank god the guy wasn’t in his room.

I was asleep and my door busted open around midnight with a drunk couple stumbling in. Scared the shit out of me, they laughed and walked back out.
