Newsom: We've got to completely shift gears — in terms of now dominating, flooding the zone — but also becoming the party that is empathetic. It’s not about power, dominance, and aggression. It’s about empathy. It’s about compassion. It’s about collaboration. Those are the superpowers. First off, if you call yourself alpha, that’s weird to begin with. Screaming at 8, 11 and 12 year old kids? I would LOVE to find out who that big mouth asshole is and explain a few things. Jordan Peterson: "If you can't fix your room, you can't fix your life" "Why should you even bother improving yourself? The answer is something like: so you don't suffer anymore stupidly than you have to. And maybe so others don't have to either. It's not some casual self-help doctrine. If you don't organize yourself properly, you'll pay for it. In a big way. And so will the people around you." Peterson continues: "You can say, 'Well, I don't care about that.' But that's actually not true, you do care about it. Because if you're in pain, you will care about it. It's very rare that you can find someone in excruciating pain who would say, 'Well, it would be no better if I was out of this.' Pain brings the idea that it would be better if it didn't exist along with it. It's incontrovertible." On how to start: "Look around for something that bothers you and see if you can fix it. You can do this in a room. Sit in your bedroom and think: 'If I wanted to spend ten minutes making this room better, what would I have to do?' You have to ask yourself that, it's a genuine question. And things will pop out. There's a stack of papers bugging you. Some rubbish behind your computer monitor you haven't attended to for six months. Cables tangled up." He explains why this matters: "If you were coming to see me for psychotherapy, the easiest thing would be to get you to organize your room. You think, is that psychotherapy? It depends on how you conceive the limits of your being. Start where you can start. If something announces itself as in need of repair that you could repair, fix it. Fix a hundred things like that, your life will be a lot different." On fixing what you repeat every day: "People tend to think of their daily routines as trivial. You get up, brush your teeth, have breakfast. Those probably constitute 50% of your life. People think, they're mundane, I don't need to pay attention to them. No, that's exactly wrong. The things you do every day are the most important things you do. Hands down. Just do the arithmetic." On staying within your competence: "Sometimes you don't know how to fix something. Imagine you're walking down the street and there's a guy who's alcoholic and schizophrenic and has been homeless for ten years. That's a problem. It would be good if you could fix it, but you haven't got a clue. You walk around that and go find something you could fix. Just because something announces itself as in need of repair doesn't mean it's you, right then and there, who should repair it. You have to have some humility. You don't walk up to a helicopter that isn't working and just start tinkering away." Peterson shares the key insight: "As soon as you give your mind a genuine aim, it'll reconfigure the world in keeping with that aim. That's actually how you see to begin with. You've all seen the video where you watch basketballs being tossed back and forth, and while you're doing that, a gorilla walks into the middle of the video and you don't see it. If you thought about that experiment for five years, that would be about the right amount of time to spend thinking about it." He explains what it reveals: "What it shows you is that you see what you aim at. If you can get one thing through your head, that would be a good one. You see what you aim at. One inference you might draw from that is: be careful what you aim at. What you aim at determines the way the world manifests itself to you. So if the world is manifesting itself in a very negative way, one thing to ask is: are you aiming at the right thing?"

THIS MADE ME LAUGH IN A "you are just waking up" kind of way! 😂 If you know this man well, you’d understand that he fits the profile of "I am Yoruba but..." He used to come online and praise the Igbos, making it seem like the Yorubas who were speaking out about the disrespectful nature of the Igbos were in the wrong. He criticized Yoruba conservatives for voicing their concerns, while Igbos happily shared his videos with captions like, “Look at a Yoruba man saying all these things about Yorubas! Thank God it’s a Yoruba man saying it.” But today, this same man has realized that the Yoruba conservatives were right after all! 😂🤣😁 This is probably the fourth video I've seen of Yoruba liberals admitting they were wrong. Like I always say, I need the Igbos to keep doing what they are doing, and people like us will continue to amplify it for them . I can’t count how many direct messages I’ve received from Yoruba liberals thanking me for helping them see the truth about what’s going on. That alone keeps me going. No Yoruba should ever allow anyone to gaslight you or bully you for anything. If I weren’t strong, I would have given up after they targeted me, posting different pictures online claiming they were of me and my Family . They kept on going so….. he called “ballgame!” The heckling parents asked him if he felt better and he said “I feel fine, you feel okay?….the game is for your kid……you wanna argue balls and strikes in a little league game? Come on!” Then one of the parents says “and this guy’s a firefighter who protects your neighborhood!” 😳 Some people feel that maybe that guy’s Captain at the Fire Station needs to know how he’s acting out in public. Others said he should be banned all season. 💯 I can’t stand parents who act like that. I bet those kids were upset they didn’t get to play. The coach of that team should have intervened and got rid of that parent. Now his players paid the price for some “adult” who couldn’t keep his mouth shut. What would you do? In any business war or PR war, one thing is clear. Nobody has a monopoly of madness. Those of us in the private sector often get pushed to the wall until we have no choice but to fight back. And when we finally do, the very people who started the war suddenly begin to play the victim. We must learn that those who live in glass houses should not throw stones. And if they do, they must understand that those stones will return many times over. Dear entrepreneurs, what is the lesson here? Nigeria belongs to you. Do not let anyone bully you out of the ring. Fight. Fight without even looking like you are fighting. Do not let your enemy know when or how you will respond. For the sake of your reputation, you must fight back, but the greatest strategy of all is patience. Do not rush the battle or you will lose. Enjoy the fight. Yes, enjoy it. Do not endure it. Secondly, build your empire on something solid, something the wind of attack cannot pull down. I often tell people this. Those who know me, know me. Those who do not, do not. This is coming from someone who built and sold the Dallas Mavericks, who made his first fortune selling a company to Yahoo for $5.7 billion in 1999, and who has spent the last two years going deeper on AI than almost any investor his age. He is describing the Innovator's AI Dilemma, entrepreneurs are right now building AI-native companies designed to displace every major incumbent. If a CEO tears down their company to rebuild it AI native, investors revolt but if they do nothing, AI-native startups eat their market and investors revolt anyway. Either path leads to shareholder lawsuits and there is no comfortable middle. 🚨 Utah Valley University stonewalling and refusing to answer if the complete transformation of the landscape right where Charlie Kirk was sitting was scheduled prior to the assassination (it clearly wasn’t) Patrick Bet David show called and spoke to multiple departments at UVU about the secret campus construction “I don't believe the official narrative. You called the school. I called yesterday, I called and Amanda was with me, she recorded it. I called UVU and I called to the main desk and I said, Hey, I'm with such and such, I made up a thing and I said, I'm trying to find out if you guys, because the construction that's happening right now is unbelievable, it doesn't even look like what it is right now, okay? Doesn't make sense. I said, who do I talk to? You guys just had, and I apologize, you guys had the biggest assassination since JFK on your campus. Was there scheduled construction on the exact site where this happened? Can you comment on that? He goes, let me direct you to the right place. Sends me to maintenance or something like that. And there's a female that picks up and I go, hey, I'm so and so with media. I go, I'm just curious, did you guys have construction set up? I can't talk to you about that. I go, no, no, hold on one second. I don't need information about the shooting or nothing like that. Did you guys have scheduled maintenance? Because I would assume that if it's an assassination at this magnitude, you would leave the crime scene for potential bullets, potential, you know, fragments, other things that recreate in the scene. There's stuff in that ceiling, that overhead pat, that there, there's cameras, there's an opening that you could get in there. I'm like, how is this normal?
