This won't work. The issue is street cred culture - it doesn't pass parent to child, it's the entire culture. They view going to prison or even getting murdered while robbing someone as the greatest honor, the same way others view dying in war.

It could be genetics but I think the majority is related to your environment. White kids who grow up in black neighborhoods commit the same violence. It's not in their genetics. They're doing what they were taught was cool or acceptable.

Sometimes I wonder if the glorification of violence in black culture is so heavily promoted in order to accelerate their evolution by encouraging the most violent blacks to eliminate each other thus making the population less violent over time.

I think those psychopaths that have no remorse shoud say as they have a role in our society. Its called solider.
