So he lost 50/50 in keqing and got kazuha but was supposed to lose 50/50 again but the stuff happens and he got another kazuha ?

Lost 50/50, then guaranteed and then lost again but triggered capturing radiance which turned loss into a win

After studying many videos of accounts where this situation happens. The only common factor is that these people have spent a notable amount of money and it secretly increases probability factors. I as a sometimes welkin/primarily f2p player since launch have never seen this.
