HQ-19 can’t stop BrahMos. Ballistic missile trajectories are predictable. Get Patriot, S-500, HQ-19 it doesn’t matter. Multiple BrahMos salvos will hit. And if that’s not enough, wait for hypersonic cruise missiles, Zircon based BrahMos 2, or the NG/ER/Enhanced variants.

You heard the term IADS? Multiple interception layers like midcourse and terminal defenses exist for a reason. Multi layerd integrated air defense sys is more than capable of neutralizing threats like Brahmos and even hypersonic missiles especially when employed with early warning and sensor fusion systems.
