Today, we’re announcing the first major discovery made by our AI Scientist with the lab in the loop: a promising new treatment for dry AMD, a major cause of blindness. Our agents generated the hypotheses, designed the experiments, analyzed the data, iterated, even made figures for the paper. The resulting manuscript is a first-of-a-kind in the natural sciences, in which everything that needed to be done to write the paper was done by AI agents, apart from actually conducting the physical experiments in the lab and writing the final manuscript. We are also introducing Robin, the first multi-agent system that fully automates the in-silico components of scientific discovery, which made this discovery. This is the first time that we are aware of that hypothesis generation, experimentation, and data analysis have been joined up in closed loop, and is the beginning of a massive acceleration in the pace of scientific discovery that will be driven by these agents. We will be open-sourcing the code and data next week. Robin is a multi-agent system that uses Crow, Falcon, and Finch, the agents on our platform, to generate novel hypotheses, plan experiments, and analyze data. We asked Robin to find a new treatment for dry age-related macular degeneration. Robin considered the disease mechanisms associated with dry AMD, proposed a specific experimental assay that could be used to evaluate hypotheses in the wet lab, and proposed specific molecules we could test in that assay. We tested the molecules and gave it the resulting data, which it analyzed before proposing more experiments. In the end, it identified Ripasudil, a Rho Kinase inhibitor (ROCK inhibitor) that is approved in Japan for several other diseases, which seems very promising as potential treatment for dry AMD. It also identified specific molecular mechanisms that might underlie the effects of Ripasudil in RPE cells, from an RNA sequencing experiment it proposed. To be clear, no one has proposed using ROCK inhibitors to treat dry AMD in the literature before, as far as we can find, and I think it would have been very difficult for us to come up with this hypothesis without the agents. We have also run the proposed treatment by several experts in AMD, who confirm that it is interesting and novel. Moreover, this project was fast: with Robin in hand, the entire project took about 10 weeks, which is way shorter than it would have taken if we had been doing all of the in-silico components ourselves. Important caveats: We are real biologists at FutureHouse, so I want to be clear that although the discovery here is exciting, we are not claiming that we have cured dry AMD. Fully validating this hypothesis as a treatment for dry AMD will take human trials, which will take much longer. Also, this discovery is cool, but it is not yet a "move 37"-style discovery. At the current rate of progress, I'm sure we will get to that level soon. Congratulations to the team. Truly blown away today by this demo of the Arcadia platform that i was given. Ive looked into ALOT of AI/Gaming projects and this 100% the most viable one i have discovered. Im seriously surprised this has gone under the radar for so long. Like holy shit lol. And by the way.... I dont get paid for any of this, this is not a paid post. Im not taking any tokens or anything. I do all this advising and stuff for free. this is legitimately the first time in a long time i was genuinely excited about even a gaming project, let alone the gaming/AI intersection (which i love). The devs are obviously good, the concept is very viable, the MVP is built and ready and can be used right now. Truly excited for this platform and what its going to bring going forward. Truly setting a standard not just on virtuals but in the Gaming/AI space as a whole. This is the type of quality product that allows you to identify the bullshit fast, because you know what is possible and your expectations have been raised. It almost is like the @KosherCapital of AI/Gaming. You will see what i mean. Without a doubt this is a full 100% max allocation for me. One of the best ive seen so far. I feel fucking privileged AF to be listed as an advisor on this project. And yes i did actually advise them because the point stuff and tokenomic metas are somewhat hard to digest at first for people looking to launch. I almost didnt even give them the time of day at first but man im glad i did. I will never make that mistake again. The only downside if im being totally honest is the 30 day unlock.... but sometimes you come across a product so innovative and so unique... that it doesnt even matter... Truly blown away today by this demo of the Arcadia platform that i was given. Ive looked into ALOT of AI/Gaming projects and this 100% the most viable one i have discovered. Im seriously surprised this has gone under the radar for so long. Like holy shit lol. And by the way.... I dont get paid for any of this, this is not a paid post. Im not taking any tokens or anything. I do all this advising and stuff for free. this is legitimately the first time in a long time i was genuinely excited about even a gaming project, let alone the gaming/AI intersection (which i love). The devs are obviously good, the concept is very viable, the MVP is built and ready and can be used right now. Truly excited for this platform and what its going to bring going forward. I’ve seen enough. Smart Assist has reached its breaking point. I was casually getting a few games in with my Barca team when I encountered a pro player who is Top 22 in the World in PvP divisions and Top 30 in the World in AI divisions using Smart Assist. This guy is clearly not a beginner at the game and I don’t want to hear any sort of nonsense excuse trying to justify him using Smart Assist because this feature was meant to help noobs and beginners at the game not pro players who know the game inside and out. I can only assume that 99% of the playerbase is using Smart Assist. It’s a fact that I am struggling to come to terms with but this is the unfortunate reality. What has happened is that slowly more and more players who were not using Smart Assist experienced how dreadful it is playing against a Smart Assist user regardless of the skill level of the Smart Assist user and decided to turn it on themselves so they don’t have to endure the suffering that comes with playing against Smart Assist. It’s a little depressing seeing where the game is at right now but this is unfortunately Konami’s vision for the game. I just can’t wrap my head around it when you literally can have a garbage team with $0 spent with Smart Assist turned on and be able to smash a fully paid premium Epic and Big Time team by pressing and holding 1 button the entire game. Hopefully soon they will realize that all of the Smart Assist users (which is 99% of the playerbase) will see no need to spend any money on the game since an untrained GP Niklas Sule from the Standard Player list with 67 speed and 48 acceleration (I’m not lying that’s literally his stats) is able to catch up with George Best with 100+ speed and 100+ Acceleration.

It stunts growth and erodes culture. 2. Success has a one-day life cycle. Yesterday doesn’t dictate today. 3. Nobody is owed anything. When your feet hit the floor in the morning, it’s on you. 4. They have no problem denouncing "the far right" or "online hate", but they cannot bring themselves to call out Islamic extremism by name. Instead, the best they can do is to deflect attention on to the pro-Palestine marches. I loathe the marches. But what is banning going to achieve? Banning marches is no more a solution to the problem than banning the sale of pointy kitchen knives is a solution to knife crime. The problem Britain faces is not the marches. It is the PEOPLE in those marches: In other words, Muslim extremists and their far-left enablers – a poisonous alliance that despises the West, despises Jews, and despises everything Britain once stood for. You will not change their hearts by banning their parades. They will simply find new ways to express the hatred they were taught, many from the cradle. This is not political incompetence. This is the deliberate, sustained betrayal of the British people by their own political class. Our political elite imported sectarianism, bigotry, and hatred into a peaceful, tolerant country – and now, when the consequences are plain for all to see, they offer us meaningless platitudes and milquetoast bans.
