For most of the last two decades, our ability to make things on mobile devices has been pretty limited. We got good at writing emails, taking photos and videos, and doing some light editing. But the vast majority of our time was still spent consuming. One under-discussed shift is how much AI has unlocked creation on mobile. People are literally coding iOS apps on their iPhones now. The activation energy has dropped dramatically. This is true for Notion as well. Writing a doc or creating and managing a database used to be fairly involved, not to mention the paper cuts that we are fixing fast. The new agent on mobile has made creation 10x faster and better. And I should add, 100x more fun! In this demo, I use our iOS app exclusively by interacting with the agent. I never type into a doc or a database. I just ask the agent to make things, add things, and update things, and it goes and does it. Take a look, and let me know what you think!

Clawdbot, now called , is hot, but sometimes you just want a simple family planner, and don’t want to buy a new Mac Mini and nerd out for the weekend just to get a family planning system running. Nori is it. Nori Been using this the past few days with my family, both on Web and on our mobile phones. It has a calendar, but an AI built in, that you can ask it to do things like “add doctors visit on Tuesday at 10 a.m.” or “book a table for us on Friday night at our favorite pizza place.” It builds an attractive calendar, but more, and lets you plan all sorts of things for the family from recipes you’d like to try, or shopping lists, and more. Very useful when planning out trips to Costco, holiday planning, and covering all those doctor and dentists, along with all the other things that go into running a family with two teenagers. It can remember all sorts of things, including wifi passwords, and can be setup to call everyone to remind them of an important event. Very handy to let teenagers know that a meeting with their teacher is about to happen. You can even have it call and remind them of chores, like they need to do their laundry. Oh, and the notifications are awesome too. This is better than trying to do the same via Google Calendar and texts back and forth. It actually feels like having an extra brain in my pocket that understands family life. Building a RAG system that works with real-life documents is crazy hard. Why is nobody talking about this? (I'll show you what a complex document looks like in the attached video. Good luck with the 10-line code demos if you want to deal with this.) All I see online are "how to talk to a PDF" demos that won't take you far. If you think that's all you need, you won't like what happens when you try. In the video below, I'll show you what it takes to build a system that processes huge numbers of documents without losing accuracy. There are a few tricks here that I'm sure will impress you. The magic is happening in three phases: • In the way we process the documents • In the way we chunk the content • In the way we augment and store the chunks This is all built-in in GroundX, EyeLevel.AI's out-of-the-box RAG system. You can use it as a SaaS or install it in your own Kubernetes cluster and run it locally. If you have seen any other RAG system doing what I do in the attached video, please, let me know. On three hours of sleep... And I started the day f*cking dancing… Singing, and w/ a barefoot Barbarian. I never intended to share this video. I was rude to my wife in the am. She wanted to share something, and I don't have the time, and it breaks my heart. That's on me. I don't know where to go for help. I lost my sh*t, got legit mad and revealed the motherf*cker I can be... the bill comes due for us all! Five too many gun/ammo malfunctions. I short-changed one badass motherf*cker that goes by Shawn, now a Barbarian, bc I wasn't better... that'll haunt me until I make good on it. It seemed like I was constantly needed for so many good reasons... doc film crew, barbarian crew and host to Shawn Hendrix (a mother fucking Barbarian... Jackson and Trevor are next), and @liverkingchef. On top of it all, I had a personal thing... pretty serious. I wasn't able to peel away. "Hard outs" weren't managed, running 6 hours behind... I'll be lucky to slip into bed w/ wife bf brother rooster starts. I check my phone to see I have an 8AM appointment on the books w/ the kind of guys you don't f*ck w/ (but want to... business-wise). For the record, everything is actually perfect. Best part is, you won't find a better tribe of full send true believers and Barbarians that give a f*ck... The power of the tribe, AKA, the culture and chemistry that power the engine to do the thing. We already have what everyone else needs but doesn't know. This is our collective Barbarian to bear. We're literally steps from spiraling up and breaking through. That's why! My win! Every particle is already in the perfect position. It's "perfect!" When I’m trying to improve the user experience of my applications, one of the most valuable things is being able to see an entire user flow as a storyboard. Not just one screen or screenshot at a time. This is something I love using the `/visual-plan` skill for. You can describe any flow you want, and the agent will look through your code and wireframe out a storyboard of what the flow looks like. Then you can visualize the steps in a simplified way and spot areas to improve. Recently, I found that in certain flows we were still asking for organizations, even though I thought I had gotten rid of that and made it automatic. A quick storyboard let me see all the different code paths in a simple, visual, intuitive way. Spot the areas of the flow I didn’t want. And have the agent fix it. Sign up, onboarding, and setup flows are usually some of the most important experiences in your app. And usually the least looked at. Especially because it can be hard to reproduce every flow, for every situation, for every user type, feature flag, or whatever else you have. The `/visual-plan` skill lets you visualize any part of your code. Either to understand the current state, plan out a new state, or recap updates that were made. I’m pretty addicted to this skill. I use it for a lot of other things too, so let me know if you want to see videos on those. And of course it’s all open source. You can grab it on my GitHub. I'll link to it in the thread. $Look at how giddy certain individuals are when they get to cheerlead for Greg Abbott and rub how much (probably) dirty money he has in your face. Meanwhile the rest of us are out here struggling to make ends meet or face losing their home under the very conditions that Greg has caused. These people are completely removed from reality. That's what they think of us. They view us all as dumb cattle that have to vote for whoever has the most money. Notice how they never talk about the issues or the competition of ideas. It's never about who has a better vision or plan for Texas, it's always pot shots about money or some other ridiculous attack. We are running this thing, in many ways, like an unconventional warfare operation. Without disclosing tactics, techniques, and procedures, those operations do not require nearly the expenditure in dollars to achieve results as opposed to something more conventional. What’s being done and communicated about money is a method of voter suppression. It’s meant to demoralize voters on one side to make it appear that their support for a candidate is isolated and they’re all alone…that the candidate they support could never win because “look at the numbers”. This is called Bandwagon Effect and Demoralization. It’s a psychological manipulation tactic meant to suppress voters that exploit the conformity bias. It leads to people thinking “my vote won’t matter”. Greg and his sycophantic supporters are counting on this to be effective. If things were as hopeless as these idiots lead folks to believe, why would Greg be actively campaigning leading up to the Republican primary? I mean if there really is no chance for any challenger, why is Greg and his campaign doing the things they’re doing? There’d be no need to waste the time and resources on campaigning, it’d be better to save that for the general election against the democrat machine. But that’s not what we see is it? He’s reaching out to members of the Texas legislature to desperately get them to sign on to his ridiculous big-nothingburger of a property tax plan…and then very publicly posting up when one of them signs on and “supports” it. Every time Doc attends a Republican committee event at the county level to talk (or has someone there on his behalf), Greg Abbott has a surrogate there actively campaigning for Greg in response. Greg and his team are so concerned with the numbers and what’s happening inside the party, they have to try and wrestle back control and narrative within the party. Just on social media, we’ve seen a 250% increase in activity on Greg’s campaign account since the summer. On multiple occasions Greg has either lifted direct sections of Doc Pete Chambers plans and policy or the concepts. Suddenly he’s figured out how to take action on the things that people are up in arms about, right before the primary election?
