Over market HUD reimbursement rates are one of the things that drove up market values in the Connecticut residential rental market. These landlords go to the landlord and tenant boards waiving around the HUD reimbursement price to jack people's rents up 10% to 100% all at once.

Also, FHA and USDA appraisal rules are RETARDED and outdated. They incentivize fraud in the appraisal industry and make appraiser jobs unsafe
