Just saw this on TikTok… people call me crazy for saying they desperately need to have a simpler HUD by default. This is why. So many people have no idea HUD customization exists and they’ll probably never know. Most people do not want to spend time trying to make their HUD look good in the settings. So most casual players will not bother. At the very least they need to have a giant pop-up when you first enter the game that gives you the option to have a “Classic” HUD or not.

Journalist Marisa Kabas reports that building staffers couldn’t figure out how to stop the disgusting HUD broadcast, so they just unplugged all the TVs in the building. So far, no one has claimed responsibility for the hack, but presumably, the HUD building is chock-full of furious employees right now.
