If the abc was brave enough and had Amy's passion and clarity on every 2nd week and a new host I would seriously consider switching #abcinsiders on again, but as it stands....No thanks, I listen to her on the Guardian podcasts and follow her on Insta etc.

I want her to run as an independent for Federal Politics! She has all the attributes all the current bunch are lacking; honesty, empathy, credibility, decency, wisdom. Our country would be a far better place with more Amy's in Parliament.

Coorey and Speers both have the Amy jitters. I put the Speers interview into the School of Journalism’s ‘do not do this’ file and as for Coorey, his hand wringing, thigh rubbing efforts made no difference to his racist drivel.
