Hulk and Thanos were evenly matched in strength. But reason why Thanos won, is because he’s more experienced when it comes to hand to hand . Sure Hulk is also deadly when it comes to fighting, but he relies too much on brute strength, which made him predictable, and how he lost.

The people think that the Russia nerfed Hulk. But everyone forgets that Thanos has the Power stone and is a world conqueror. He literally has more experience than Hulk. Plus power stone increases Thanos’ strength tenfold.

One of the many, MANY reasons I dislike Endgame is the Hulk never giving Thanos his comeuppance.
