@whatshername_6 Thank you Tracey for your time and expertise on this. In your opinion, does this legislation give a medical practitioner the authority to prepare a person for organ donation even if they have opted out?

Yes, I believe they can. See section 15.2 attached. This states that they can prepare a person for organ donation to maintain their organs before during or after consent has been obtained. So this allows them to prepare a person while they are determining whether the person or their family has consented.

There will be 0 fees for the upcoming examination... Prima facie, the NTA has decided to give students one week to choose their preferred examination city again... Keeping students’ convenience and time constraints in mind, the NTA has decided to extend the examination duration by 15 minutes. The exam, which was scheduled from 2 pm to 5 pm, will now continue till 5.15 pm..." He also says, "The admit cards for this examination will be issued to all candidates by June 14... The Government of India will speak to the states regarding the arrangement of transport facilities for students, and I will also personally speak with Chief Ministers so that students face minimal difficulties in transportation during the NEET examination this time... TWITTER APPRECIATION POST. Flashback to 11th of January, this year (2024), after a long night of tears and uncertainty, I made a post of X (Twiter), stating the growth and strides I have achieved so far in my business, where I’d like to be this year, and how I have reached a plateau. I have just used all my entire life savings to rent a whole floor of a building in the heart of Lagos (Ago Palace Way, Okota) and do not have a penny to continue but I needed about 70Million naira atleast to set up the place. I had approached a lot of banks and individuals that I know could afford but to no avail, this, as a result led me to my last resort, “making a post on (X) twitter” on the 11th, and I’d say is my biggest breakthrough since I was born. I made the post around 7am that day, which I had composed overnight while crying heavily. The post quickly gained traction and went viral with the help of ALL OF YOU, it was as if I was dreaming! It was just like a dream, a lot of people came into my DM to ask for my account details and I was seeing cash gifts of hundreds of thousands of naira!!! As if that was not enough, someone I have been admiring and made my role model from afar reached out to me and offered me a NON-INTEREST LOAN OF MILLIONS OF NAIRA! I will keep them anonymous for now, we reached agreements that I should be paying monthly with two month moratorium and to the glory of God, I have never defaulted till this day, which I pray to never ever happen. This was yet, my biggest breakthrough since I was born, and this would not have happened without you reading this post now. It is on this note that I want to personally appreciate you sir/ma for believing in my dream.
