🚨 TROPICAL STORM Bertha is likely to form in the Gulf off the coast of Florida in the coming days. Spaghetti models have this storm traveling slowly west and primarily parallel with the Gulf Coast states, making landfall around New Orleans. Hurricane potential is there. But regardless, this is looking to turn into a historic, catastrophic flooding event from Tampa Bay all the way to Houston.
