At some point people need to be disciplined for calling the police over pointless shit. Karens need to stop worrying about Huskies being outside in the cold, you wouldn't call the cops because a goldfish was in an aquarium. Send the caller a bill for labor from the operator and the police, and if they called 911 for that bullshit, start charging them criminally. There are state laws that prohibit the misuse of 911, like making false statements or using 911 to harass people.
