Hustle is a choice. Some people are born with more natural athletic ability which might make their choice to hustle more effective. But even a slower person hustling can be valuable. We've all seen athletically gifted people underachieve because they don't hustle. I 100% believe that hustle is a talent or skill that can be chosen and then refined and developed. The best three-point shooter or dribbler on the team can add the talent of hustle and take their game to another level.

As in basketball, so in life. Nothing more inspiring in business than someone taking the initiative and going above and beyond. Over the recent holidays, I had someone proactively do something for me and he even closed out his Slack with "...and I learnt a useful skill along the way." Amazing - unsolicited, selfless, and focused on lifelong learning.
