I've also noted ukiweka airtime even if you don't call or text inapungua tu. I don't experience that with Airtel. Alafu utapata if you need okoa of 20/- watakuambia you're okoa limit is 50 so wanakata 50/- on your next top up na 30/- inapotea hivo tu. Why? @SafaricomPLC
