🚨HYPOCRISY ALERT‼️ The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is opening private market access to everyday investors, the very model StraightPath was accused of operating. Time to ask the hard question: Why was StraightPath dismantled while the SEC now promotes the concept? Fran Brian Martinsen Michael Castillero Donald J. Trump... show more

2015? YES—2015. That is when the SEC formally acknowledged that its transfer-agent rules were outdated. Rules rooted in 1977 had remained largely unchanged while securities markets, electronic recordkeeping, cybersecurity, and book-entry ownership had transformed around them. The Commission called reform “pressing and timely.” It opened a formal rulemaking process. It examined investor-asset safeguards, recordkeeping, cybersecurity, antifraud protections, and the infrastructure responsible for maintaining ownership records across U.S. securities markets. An actual proposal was placed on the regulatory calendar. Then Jay Clayton took control of the SEC. By Fall 2017, the initiative had been moved into Long-Term Actions. Next action: Undetermined. Date: To be determined. No announcement that modernization was no longer necessary. No public vote declaring the problem solved. The reform simply moved out of the active rulemaking track—and remained unresolved throughout Clayton’s tenure. My latest article follows the SEC’s own record and asks a simple question: How did transfer-agent reform go from “pressing and timely” to regulatory limbo? The follow-up will examine why that decision matters to Veritaseum. The element of truth, verified.

I went to prison for referring people to mortgage lenders prior to the 2007 real estate collapse which was caused by the mortgage lenders and the government. I was a nobody just building properties and referring people to get a mortgage. This is what the DOJ does to everybody. They manufacture crimes lie about people have witnesses lie on the stand and destroy people so they can get promotions. See John H Durham as an example he was my prosecutor. And they knew I was a victim at the time they prosecuted me. They hid the evidence. Now I’m back in prison for 36 months for not going to a PO’s office when he allegedly left a letter for me to report to his office and testified that he left it in three different places. Then claim by attached the letter to an email I sent to him when the letter wasn’t attached I asked for him to be investigate. The judge said no, and put me in prison for 36 months. Couldn’t even keep a story straight. Then the local state attorney tells the judge to not give me leniency because of my “beliefs and ideology” Now I’m fighting the government in five different courts up and down the east coast. Those three guys should be pardoned absolutely but so should thousands of others who are sitting in prison with me right now. I have multiple doctors sitting here with the government claim they were ordering too many Covid tests and billing for them. They then manufacture phony spreadsheets to get a conviction. Yes most people plea guilty because the difference between pleading guilty and getting two or three years or going to trial and getting 10 to 15 years, forces you to be guilty. Everything you see the same FBI agents and prosecutors did to President Trump. They do that to all of us, but we can’t afford hundred thousand dollar defenses. they have to fill the prisons to justify their budget increases. It’s well known that the BOP works to keep inmates in prison as long as they can because they get paid and keep their jobs with an increased prison population. the prosecutors probation officers, and the judges, All know they need to send people to prison to keep the prison population up. It’s all part of one big scheme the defraud the American people and their tax dollars. it’s taken now seven years to get around to implementing President Trump‘s first step act because people would be able to go home sooner. Part of the first step act was an elderly early release over 60 years old, but it wasn’t funded so they didn’t implement . you have 70-80 year-old people who have to take walkers to go get food in the middle of winter when it’s freezing out. Most people in camps could be sitting at home, but that would cut into the budget. They leave terminally, ill people sitting in prison to die when they could go home and die at home with their families. There’s a reason why we have the largest population of prisoners anywhere in the world. It’s also a census election issue. they put prisons in locations to beaf up the population because a prisoner in a certain area is counted in the census, which increases the funding for that area even though prisoners can’t vote or get any benefits. The whole system is one big scam. Mass pardons, pardon 96006-004 @POTUS @EagleEdMartin @AliceMarieFree @GenFlynn @RogerJStoneJr @Real_RobN @PeteHegseth @RealPNavarro @EstherPino50985 @ed_rosenberg @CondemnedUSA @RealEvelynH @weaponizewatch @cynthfromjersey @WhiteHouse @HarmeetKDhillon @elonmusk @realannapaulina

@SECGov @Fran0764 You’re welcome. The SEC is a RICO criminal syndicate.

@SECGov @Fran0764 @bmartinsen8 Thank you so much @annvandersteel for this.

@SECGov @Fran0764 @bmartinsen8 Because the #SEC IS A CRIMINAL ORGANIZATION! Don’t think so? Look at what they did to @ReggieMiddleton Just sayin’

The SEC charged them with securities fraud. Pretty sure the "private market access" model the SEC is opening isn't securities fraud.
