because of Elf. He said it rains when there are Elf at the particular venue. Then he suddenly starts blaming Donghae, saying it’s because DH likes rain and goes crazy whenever it’s raining. He concludes it by saying it doesn’t rain because of himself nor Elf, but Lee Donghae.😂

BARIS: Poor Virginians, they lost their state for a generation. Caroline Wren was the first to explain it correctly. Everyone else was full of it, wishful thinking nonsense. In VA, they answer to the legislature. They’re up for reelection NOT with voters, but thru the legislature, so even Rs on the state SC have to consider what happens when they’re up. It’s not gonna happen.
