Bricks and Minifigs - from BAD to WORSE! This is the body cam footage of the Utah police talking to the former franchisee about the Bricks and Minifigs (BAM) Reckless Ben situation. The man puts the CEO of BAM, Ammon McNeff, on the phone. McNeff says a number of interesting things: 1) He ADMITS that the family is owed the money, but denies that he or the new franchisee owe it. I reserve the right to be mistaken, but my understanding of franchise law is that although the franchisor is typically NOT liable for the debts of the franchisee, there are circumstances under which they can be - e.g. if they exercise sufficient control over the franchisee, such that the franchisee can be considered an “agent” under the law. Given the degree of involvement the CEO is displaying with the new franchisee (the guy holding the phone), that argument might be made here. 2) He ADMITS the money is owed, but claims that Ben (Reckless Ben) has no interest in it. This too is not necessarily true if the owner of the LEGOs assigned his claim to Ben. But set that possibility aside… 3) McNeff says that Ben and the others threatened to kill someone, attempted to commit extortion, and other serious crimes. Again, under reserve of the right to be wrong, while it’s not illegal to lie per se to an officer in Utah, my understanding is that it is illegal to make false statements with the intention of getting officers to conduct official acts (i.e. press charges). With the accusations he is making - that Ben threatened to kill someone! - McNeff might be getting close to that line. 4) McNeff ADMITS the money is owed, but claims the former franchisee broke all sorts of rules in contracting with the LEGO owner, which is why the franchisor terminated their agreement. Depending on the knowledge of the misconduct of the franchisee, that might be another argument for the potential liability of corporate - if they knowingly let the franchisee break rules to the detriment / fraud of customers. All that to say, the more McNeff talks, the more damage he causes to the brand and goodwill of BAM - even if Reckless Ben did cross certain lines.

🚨 All Charges DROPPED 🔥 They said I was part of a group that threatened via social media platform 'X' to fire-bomb a police officers home 😲 On the 28th March this year I was arrested, had my devices seized and put on strict bail conditions for 3 months because a police officer was threatened in the comments of a post I put out on X A single mother in my town life was made hell when a gang of illegal immigrants that was staying in a hotel moved in to the house next door to her and began terrorizing her, coming into her home uninvited hiding in her garden looking through her windows and playing loud music until the early hours She logged everything with the police council and local MP who have her a diary to keep a log of all the incidents Then one night in March this year it kicked off really bad the migrants were very aggressive the police were called, again NOTHING was being done Sick of being made a prisoner in her own home she told police she would go to the media (me) the call handler told her if she did that she could be arrested for inciting racial hatred 😲 I put her concerns out and named the alleged officer that said it, he allegedly received threats in the comments on my post on X, and was in fear for his family's lives so I was arrested, but they lied to the charge room sergeant to authorize my arrest. They said and I quote " Alan has made a threat to patrol bomb a police officers home, he's part of a group that have made threats to this officer and now he is in fear for his and his wife's life" Do for the last 3 months I've been a bit quiet because one wrong move would have had me remanded in custody, I was still out there though I had 3 bail conditions Not to create upload or share any social media post in relation to the copper in the case Not to publish or display any information relating to the copper in the case Not to encourage or incite any other person to cause harm to police officers whether they are on or off duty or cause damage to their property The process is the punishment Never ever surrender. I know many people might brush this off as just another small issue, another hiccup in the music industry. But imagine working so hard for something, dedicating years of training, only to have everything ripped away because of a false accusation. All that effort, all that time, gone in an instant. It's heartbreaking to think that one false accusation could jeopardize the dreams of five young, talented girls, the very dreams they spent years building and believing in. Every one of these claims was challenged with evidence, yet he continued repeating them and never apologized for it. As I looked further into the people around him, I found Jennifer Griffin, who presents herself as a producer. From what I could find, her background appears to emphasize military involvement and volunteer work she claims she did, I found a few interesting details she was not happy about, she supports and has obvious ties with Ukrainian military it is all in her pictures posts on linkedIn. That caught my attention because I already viewed Gary as someone spreading misinformation, whether intentionally or unintentionally. I warned Gary that if he continued making false statements about me, I would continue researching him and his crew. Shortly afterward, Jennifer changed the visibility of her LinkedIn profile took down her pictures and blocked me. That told me that she is guilty as hell of something. Innocent people do not delete stuff. She also blocked me on X, allowing her to continue making accusations while preventing me from responding directly to her audience. Gary appears unusually focused on attacking both me and Candace Owens and everyone who ever challenges his lies, he blocked all my followers and veterans who challenged him. He is mentally unstable. A significant portion of his online activity seems devoted to criticizing us rather than engaging with the facts being presented. The situation became more serious when Gary edited one of my videos and distributed it while misrepresenting what I said. He claimed that I was receiving illegal information from the FBI as a foreign agent. He called me a Russian operative, which is a very serious allegation. That demoted moron can't tell the difference between Russia and the country of Georgia. Every single ting he said is completely false. What I actually said was that friends who worked for the FBI, which they have, which are now former FBI and NYPD personnel conduct their own investigations and have access to resources and databases that I do not personally have access to. Gary lied to the FBI and said I'm a Russian agent who has a secret source apparently in the FBI and is illegally getting information. It's one thing to troll someone and lie about someone's degree and it is whole another thing to go so far to Lie to the FBI. Gary crossed a line. Disagreements, criticism, and even false accusations about my background are one thing. Falsely accusing someone of criminal conduct specifically and lying to the FBI about it is another matter entirely. I challenged Gary that if he thinks I'm a russian agent to directly reach out to the head of FBI FBI Director Kash Patel and report it. Instead Gary chose to lie to the FBI. Because of these claims, I reached out to the FBI myself. If someone is making allegations that I am engaged in criminal activity or acting as a foreign agent, those allegations should be supported by evidence and when they are not then a man making them should be looked at and investigated and punished! As far as I know lying to the FBI is a crime and rightfully so! Here is how mentally deranged he is, just look at his wall. And this man calls himself a Green Beret. He is a shame to the American military and the honorable men and women who serve do not deserve someone like Gary tarnishing their reputation by hiding behind military credentials. So I actually sat down and watched the entire Internet Anarchist hit-piece on Chibi Reviews. It made me sick to my stomach. In IA's video he: -Defames and straight up lies about Chibi -Mocks Chibi for nearly dying/suicide -Compares digging up his dead brothers corpse to drawings -Heavily implies doxing and harassment is justified because "Chibi Deserves it" -Brings up Null for no reason as a "credible source" (bruh) This barely scratches surface but the entire video screams "I thought this would be an easy W but didn't really do any research/I'm a tourist misrepresenting/being disingenuous about an entire industry and labeling people horrible and justifying their lives being ruined etc." its basically the same language of narcissists and abusers. Bro is being roasted in his own comments and BOTH his uploads (keep in mind the video I watched was the WATERED DOWN version) were massively ratio'd with dislikes. The best part? He proudly proclaimed there will be a PART 2. Since I'm not a lawyer, I would like to hear your perspective. Imagine I have a business called "Simon Says". I approach a bank and tell them I need a loan. The bank asks me about my assets. I tell them they are worth $10 billion. The bank says okay, lends me the money. I invest it in my business, pay the bank their loan with interest, and pay taxes on my profit. Years later, when I am running for an election, the state tells me I overvalued my assets to get loans, and that was fraudulent, and I must now pay back the state hundreds of millions of dollars. My questions are, 1. Does the bank rely on my words only when I tell them about the value of my assets? 2. Do I pay fewer taxes if I lied about the value of my assets? 3. If I pay back my loan to the bank with interest, am I breaking any law? 4. Finally, when the state takes me to court, who is the injured party? Let's assume it's the state. But how exactly? 5. If anyone could explain these points in detail, I would understand better. Listening to lawyers on both sides often leaves me more confused. NOTE: In researching, I learned that banks typically rely on the information provided by applicants, but they may conduct their own assessments and verifications. (I was shocked by they MAY...I thought they SHOULD). I also learned that lying about the value of assets can lead to tax evasion, which is illegal (But how exactly? Built a business around it. Work with people I respect because of it. so when I talk about YouTube being a good place to build something, it is becuase I’ve watched it happen to me & people around me. Warren Buffett has a quote I love: "It's not about how hard you row, it's about what boat you're in." The idea is this. Effort matters. Environment matters more. Put someone average in the right environment and they outperform someone talented in the wrong one. so that’s the basis for my gross title 😂 The "people dumber than you" format keeps going viral on YouTube. It triggers something true, the uncomfortable sense that effort and intelligence aren't the main variables. That the gap between you and someone earning serious money online might not be brains or work ethic. It might just be the chosen platform. so YouTube as the ‘boat’ YouTube paid out over $100 billion to creators, artists, and partners across 2021–2025. The platform's ad revenue hit $40.4 billion in 2025 alone, up nearly 12% from the year before. The creator economy as a whole was valued at roughly $252 billion in 2025, and Goldman Sachs projects it reaching $480 billion by 2027. More views, more advertiser dollars, more attention flowing toward people who figured out how to show up consistently on screen. Even a small channel in a tight niche drives clients, sales, and opportunities way beyond what its subscriber count would suggest. A channel with 8,000 subscribers in the right niche will close deals that a company with a million-dollar marketing budget couldn't. YouTube also has something distribution channels don't have, compounding growth. Videos published two years ago still drive traffic today. That's not how most advertising works. You don't pay for a Facebook ad in 2023 and get leads from it in 2025. The youtube opportunity isn't complicated, even if it takes a while to build. YouTube is a growing market. The creator economy attached to it is growing faster. Advertisers are shifting budgets from traditional channels toward creator content because it converts better and costs less per impression. As promised, here is the audio footage from an unprovoked verbal assault from @JoeDalyPB4PMayo and also visual footage of a subsequent assault of my partner Stephen Kerr (Joe bumped him from behind twice with his car and then drove off with Stephen on the bonnet). I had gotten 12 feet PAST Daly on the street when his young colleague stepped in my path (not knowing who I was) to speak to me. Daly then launched into a verbal attack, which resulted in my child crying (rest of video including audio from a stranger who witnessed what happened with the car is here ) He calls me a fascist probably over a dozen times. This is funny because fascists aggressively attack and suppress anyone with opposing views. So, who is the fascist? I think attacking someone without provocation while they are with their child minding their business might be classed as aggressive tactics toward someone with a different opinion to yours, and the irony is I agree with their stance on neutrality which is what they were engaging the public on when this incident unfolded. I was recording because I was warned he was about town and a buddy of Joe's (who he teamed up with to cancel Mise Éire, including making nuisance threatening calls to the hotel who hosted it) is taking Stephen and I to court for a vexatious civil restraining order. This person has also physically assaulted Stephen and has verbally assaulted us multiple times. As a consequence, we now record everything because these people are liars, and the stalking and harrassment is the other way around (clearly). I have witnessed Stephen be assaulted five times now by various people. Mostly PB4P members. The attacks are always unprovoked. Evidence of their lies can be seen on Daly's page. He wrote of this latest incident that I was the instigator and harrasser. But as people will hear, I did not speak to him first, and I was polite to his colleague. The longer version of this video has been posted already on YouTube and FB, and the vast majority of comments are from people who are disgusted at Daly (a teacher!) and supportive of us. One or two comments were from highly abusive PB4P supporters, and one or two said I should have just said nothing and moved on. But I teach my child you stand up to big bullies. Also when I say "f***ing" in this video I was highly upset at that point because my child had started to cry and to be honest I wanted to do more than curse at that point in relation to this big man, but I refrained. He sounds lower than me because he is a few feet away and the phone was close to my mouth. PB4P have become very emboldened lately. Remember recently, Ryan Casey being targeted by them in the most vile manner, despite that his girlfriend Ashling Murphy was almost decapitated? All because he has a valid and reasonable opinion on immigration? They are emboldened because the state is on their side. But I can tell Mr.Daly now that I will not be letting this matter (below) go. You did not have the decency to leave me alone while with my little girl. You hit my partner with your car. Teachers have a code of conduct they must follow and must be able to demonstrate an even and calm temperament. I will be making a complaint and the Gardaí have been notified of these incidents. You lied to the Gardaí and online about what happened. You didn't think that your verbal assault was recorded in full. I will ensure you stay away from me, my family and my partner. I give you my word. You have gone too far and better remove defamatory statement about me from your page ASAP.

Dave Ramsey says all debt is stupid. Credit cards, student loans, car payments, borrowing against your house. All of it. He says your income is your number one wealth-building tool, and the second you hand it to someone else, you give up your economic future. He is half right. On credit cards, I agree completely. You are paying 28 to 30% on that. But notice what he never mentions. Cost of capital. That is the whole game, and he skips it. High-priced student debt, fine. But my own loans were at 3%, and they were the only way I got into college. I paid them back over time. That was a good investment, not a stupid one. Where he is dead wrong is real estate. Debt on real estate lets you use other people's money to buy an asset that pays for itself. That is what he misses. His whole philosophy depends on you earning more income. But with wages growing 3% while inflation runs 3%, you never get ahead. You run in place like a rat in a wheel, the exact thing he is warning you about. The only way out is to own hard assets that produce cash flow, and you buy those with debt. Here is the difference between us. He thinks all debt is bad. I think debt is a tool. Good debt and bad debt, high cost and low cost, and that difference is everything. He once said he would not take a billion dollars at zero interest. A billion dollars, costing him nothing. Put it in Treasuries and that is 30 to 40 million a year for doing nothing. He said he would pass. That is lunacy. When I borrow on real estate, someone else covers it. Always. The office building you work in and the Starbucks you walk into all carry debt, and the tenants pay it back. I own a single-family house, my tenant pays off the loan. I do not pay it. I do not need more income. I just need to keep a good tenant in that house. And yes, you get vacancies and turnover and the occasional problem tenant, but that is what management is for. He never had to learn that, because he does not use debt. And here is the part almost nobody gets. It is your money anyway. The cash sitting in your retirement account or your bank is yours. Dave Ramsey says all debt is stupid. Credit cards, student loans, car payments, borrowing against your house. All of it. He says your income is your number one wealth-building tool, and the second you hand it to someone else, you give up your economic future. He is half right. On credit cards, I agree completely. You are paying 28 to 30% on that. But notice what he never mentions. Cost of capital. That is the whole game, and he skips it. High-priced student debt, fine. But my own loans were at 3%, and they were the only way I got into college. I paid them back over time. That was a good investment, not a stupid one. Where he is dead wrong is real estate. Debt on real estate lets you use other people's money to buy an asset that pays for itself. That is what he misses. His whole philosophy depends on you earning more income. But with wages growing 3% while inflation runs 3%, you never get ahead. You run in place like a rat in a wheel, the exact thing he is warning you about. The only way out is to own hard assets that produce cash flow, and you buy those with debt. Here is the difference between us. He thinks all debt is bad. I think debt is a tool. Good debt and bad debt, high cost and low cost, and that difference is everything. He once said he would not take a billion dollars at zero interest. A billion dollars, costing him nothing. Put it in Treasuries and that is 30 to 40 million a year for doing nothing. He said he would pass. That is lunacy. When I borrow on real estate, someone else covers it. Always. The office building you work in and the Starbucks you walk into all carry debt, and the tenants pay it back. I own a single-family house, my tenant pays off the loan. I do not pay it. I do not need more income. I just need to keep a good tenant in that house. And yes, you get vacancies and turnover and the occasional problem tenant, but that is what management is for. He never had to learn that, because he does not use debt. And here is the part almost nobody gets. It is your money anyway. The cash sitting in your retirement account or your bank is yours.
