I actually feel this was personal and deeply flawed on how the three handled the President. Even when we are discussing issues with our elders at home and parents, we don't handle them this way.

Ruto is difficult to advise, he is unreachable for those that want to genuinely give him the true picture of the ground. He has cut himself away from reality. He wants yes men. He is not used to contrary opinions. Look at his demeanour when the three men cornered him with facts.
