Alright so I made new animations for Gengar to make it look more like in the Pokemon anime, and feel more like a ghost. I also added a new animation where it actually uses its tongue, since Gengar weirdly never uses it in any of its animations.

The new direction focuses on ranged AoE, enemy control, and a chained axe that can hook enemies from a distance and pull them closer.
