I've gotten this adoption question a few times. I've asked them to listen to how insane their question is. You're essentially saying that unless someone adopts your baby, you're going to kill it. That's terrorism. They don't say much after that.

Foster care and up for adoption are not the same thing

👨👩👧👦 The Kaiser 3 family schedule be like: 👨 Dad: "Perfect for my back!" 🧘♀️ Mom: "Great for my yoga!" 🎮 Kid: "Best gaming chair ever!" 😺 Cat: "My new bed!" ✨ Plot twist: Nobody wins, order one for each! 🏠 End the family feud: 💝 Family peace offering: Claim $20 off! #AndaSeat #FamilyLife #Kaiser3 #GamingFamily

That argument isn’t dressed in iron, it IS iron. Well thought; well said.

Right…so all the kids in foster care should be dead? The logic is missing.

Golly gee whiz… If only they had made the “choice” before they pulled down their pants….

Luke in the comments below made a great point. Fostering and adoption are two different things. Newborns who are healthy go up for adoption immediately and there are like 36 couples per baby waiting to adopt. I've known families who would be given a call that there is a baby coming up for adoption but then another family would get himinstead of them. Foster care is the attempt to find a temporary home until the child's real family is in a healthier situation. The goal is to reunite if at all possible. Now a child can end up being in foster care and then be given up for adoption. But usually babies in foster care are because the family was doing drugs or there was abuse or something. But babies are not stuck directly into foster care when a woman gives up her baby
