If you aren’t 10 minutes early with everything needed for that particular appointment whatever it may be, you’re late. Have I ever been late? Of course, but not much since I was 20. I would rather be 45 minutes early than 1 minute late. Just me though, I guess.

Just call the restaurant and tell them to sit another table of 6 and you will catch the next one, the guy will appreciate the call and work with you. It's really that easy.

Common courtesy & decency. The 🌎 doesn't revolve around you. I appreciate this restaurant owners take on reservations placed.

There are certain things and certain people that are just plain bad for business, which is why I will always support business owners protecting their business. If you show up smelling like a bag of hockey gear, you can't eat here. It's bad for business!

Good for canceling the reservation. The man making the scene would the progress to trying to get everything free thinking it was EBT!

Even our chain Mexican restaurant in town has a sign saying “all parties must be present to be seated.”

If the people would have called the restaurant and explain their situation perhaps he could have held their table. Communication is key. I don't blame him 1 bit

This is standard protocol in the restaurant business. Some people should just eat at home.

In business there are customers and there are consumers, take care of your customers or the consumers will run off your customers.
