I always compared these #Elemental shots to building a ship in a bottle - I wasn’t able to hide the set while animating because it was integral to Ember and Wade’s motion, so I was stuck in the crack along with them. So many headaches in this little space!

Jim Morrison of the #Doors died in a #Paris bathtub on July 3rd 1971. He was only 27. Morrison was buried in a simple wooden coffin in eastern Paris at the famous Le Pere Lachaise Cemetery. I am a Doors fan, so while in Paris in the mid 1970's I visited the grave with my #leica #camera. This photograph matters to me because shortly after it was taken this beautiful bust of Morrison was stolen. "The future is uncertain and the end is always near" words written my Morrison that I live by. I re-scanned the negative and worked with #Ai tools bring these words back to life!

A while ago, I visited a city that I haven't been able to forget. It was so quickly and I bought several paintings there. It's called Yogyakarta, in Indonesia. I was in the city center at night, walking through streets full of art galleries and with a very charming atmosphere. Today, I found this short video of that street, and the song is beautiful.

"I was out filming in the snow when I came across this mother reindeer and her newborn. Then, I saw it. A wolf was walking straight towards them. I honestly thought the worst was about to happen. The mother seemed helpless, and the baby was so vulnerable. But what happened next completely shocked me. The wolf gently started to lick the calf, cleaning it. It was so gentle. It laid down right beside them, like a protector. I'm still in awe of what I witnessed." ❤️

First day in studio today for something different to add to the CV. When I was at school I was so dyslexic that I wasn’t allowed to do French because I couldn’t read or write in English let alone anything else. I left school at 16 - it wasn’t for me! Fast forward to working life and I never pushed for studio work at Sky because I was terrified that I wouldn’t be able to cope with the French content we show on the channel. Turns out you just need the right people around you to help find the workarounds and help get you there. Sky Sports Racing 🙏
