I always wondered how someone using the sovereign citizen excuse would play out in court….

Haha he said “revoke your bond” and the captions said “rebuke your mom”

I don't think our founding fathers intended our right to travel be restricted to our feet. Haitians don't even follow our laws, why should we. Be ungovernable

I absolutely agree but it seems the law is only ever enforced when it comes to us. Everyone else seems to get a pass

There is no actual law ratified by the people stating you have to have a driver's license, insurance or registration. These are codes of a corporation requiring corporation employees to possess. They're all liars, parasites & vampires.

And he still doesn’t understand when the judge made it crystal clear 😳 Do we want them on the road?

Should’ve revoked driving privileges too

Wow. I don’t get where these people come up with this Sovereign Citizen narrative. It kinda makes a little sense, but then not so much.

Well we don't have the full context. 1. He showed up to an administrative court. Assuming he got tickets as an unlicensed driver. Showing up IS the contract. 2. If he previously had a license, they consider that to be the contract. Texas doesn't purge the license contract even when you surrender your license, which violates your rights. If you once had a license, they consider that contract to be forever, even if suspended, expired, surrendered, etc. They consider that to be the mechanism in which you gave up your right to travel despite that you were never given full disclosure that you waived your rights. They disobey their own statute. 18 U.S. Code § 31 - Definitions (6)Motor vehicle.— The term “motor vehicle” means every description of carriage or other contrivance propelled or drawn by mechanical power and used for commercial purposes on the highways in the transportation of passengers, passengers and property, or property or cargo. 4. In every administrative court, a living man has no rights, as you can see. The judge can only administer the LEGAL ENTITY and do whatever he wants. This is why I would never ever show up in a court as I have no obligation to ever pay the detriment for a judge like this. I have 11 ticket victories as such. You handle it on paper always. On paper, it's handled with the clerk and sometimes the prosecutor. When you handle the "course of performance" distinguishing yourself as the living man, they MUST RESPOND or they acquiesce to your challenge. Challenging jurisdiction ALWAYS WINS. This judge is blatantly lying. The TX statute specifically states "for commercial purposes". The driver's license is the leash they use to gain jurisdiction over you even though it totally violates your rights. It makes the battle much harder. Here is MY win in Texas. It works when you know what you're doing. Unfortunately this young man did not. Thank you for asking me!
