Interesting! I too never realized there were so many practical reasons behind it. Makes total sense—especially the maintenance and heat reflection! ✈️🛩️ Just search about why ships lower part is red usually?

Replying before watching this video. All Paints are white when manufactured and colouring pigments are added as needed. Hence, colored paint weighs more than white paint & when 1000s of lts are used, the total weight of the aircraft increases which reduces fuel efficiency.

There should be a basic airfare and a charge for aggregate weight. Weight should include passenger plus luggage. A 60 kg passenger with a backpack should be charged less than a 120 kg passenger with heavy luggage..

White reflects sunlight, helping to keep the aircraft cooler in the sun.

I wonder if one day airlines might charge for using the loo in-flight… Introducing the premium experience of the ‘Sulabh SuperLoo’! 🚻✨ Because even high altitudes need high amenities! 😄✈️

Ticket prices should vary based on passenger weight range. Air India planes have light color but unfortunately their staff size increases fuel consumption.
