One thing I have always continued to strive for is not only to educate via content but also to be completely transparent. The team and I have been working hard on new content concepts that are more sustainable personally AND can help shine a light on more of the ‘reality’ of what life really is versus what you all may think from just seeing staged 30-second reels. I never want people to think I am perfect, my life is perfect, or my business is perfect. And unfortunately, I feel that when you stage content, that is what the assumption is. My goal is for you all to see you don’t need to be perfect to be successful, and.. you don’t need to take yourself too seriously :) Love you all. LMK what you think! ❤️

You were born in the middle of the night, in the midst of the biggest, most beautiful snowstorm NY had seen in years!! I remember riding in the car and looking out the window, where everything was twinkling and covered in white that night, as I held you both in my belly for the last few moments before I gave birth to you. It was as if God was making sure you would enter a world full of pure magic!! In my heart, I knew that’s how your life would always be!! When I would hold you as infants, I honestly felt as if I were holding two angels sent straight from heaven above. My life was changed forever. I cannot believe you are now adults…18 years old! You are both so kind-hearted, generous, and loving. How lucky the world was on this day 18 years ago when God decided to send you here with all of your talents and spirit and heart to make this world a better place, because that is what you do for me and anyone who is lucky enough to know you both every day. “I love you” could never encapsulate the depth of feeling, affection, and care that I have for you, my coconuts. It has always been the three of us!! We have been on this journey together. We have always had each other to hold on to and be that steady presence in the middle of any snowstorm. Caitlin on what she learned through injury this season: “I think when I get a few years down here in my career, I think this is a moment and a season I’ll look back on and be like, this why I am who I am today… It was hard sitting on the bench, I’m not going to lie, but I think it taught myself how to be a really good leader and how to be a really good teammate… when you’re on the sidelines and you don’t have your jersey on, you can observe and really learn about people… how can I show up every single day and pour into them and be there for them… but also going forward down the road, if I have a teammate that’s injured… I know I will always show up for them and be there for them and check in on them, because it is an incredibly isolating thing, and you don’t realize that until you go through it… I think all of that is probably what I’ve leaned most.” 🎥: Tony East

Dear Amy, There isn’t a day that goes by that I don’t think of you. I love you more than words could ever say, and I’ve missed having you in my life in ways that are impossible to fully describe. I often wonder how different my life would be if you were still here with us, and I think about all the amazing things you would have done with your life. I miss your laugh, your smile, and the joy you brought into every room you walked into. Most of all, I miss the simple moments—like playing basketball in the driveway—when it was just you and me, laughing and competing like siblings do. I want you to know that everything I’ve done in my life has been with you in mind. Every decision I’ve made has been guided by what would make you most proud of me. You know, I always try to stay aware of what I need to do. I just focus on giving my all and doing my best. Honestly, when I'm on stage, I perform with the mindset of completely burning myself out, giving everything I have. I always hope that all of that gets conveyed to you exactly as I feel it. I want that energy to reach you in a positive way. And I always remind myself not to take your support for granted. I try never to forget how much love I've received and how you've all helped shape my life as Taemin. I'm truly grateful for that. What would you say to someone who you know, there may be a fan who feels that way right now? 🐨: I got out of that crisis I had last year because of the all those environments I had. I got out of it like physically but mentally I just, I'm just admitting it that essential sorrow. I don't know what is what is called but it's always there in it, in some part of my heart. So I think I'm still in the middle of just netting who I am. I'm like maybe too sensitive than the others, maybe the average or I think too much. Sometimes I can't sleep. But do you want to die? No, I try to love the life, the skies, taking walks, good friends, drinks, music, interview. I'm still fighting the demons. And I think maybe it could be forever. And forever is too long, like I said. But I just want to say one thing like simply, in short: I think life is fun. It's not because I'm BTS or I'm a star in the spotlight, I think just life is fun and living is better.
