I am completely obsessed with Grok Grok Bot . Mind-blown. And I do think it is a major step forward over OpenClaw and Hermes. Not because those are bad. Because of how easy it is to stand up a fleet and actually have it integrate with your life and... your business. In a few days I stood up a bunch of personas. I talk to Eve, my Chief of AI Staff, every day. She delegates to the right agent based on the case. Here is how I did it. I asked Eve, "what is a way I can 10x the current structure of my business?" She took a snapshot of how we actually operate and laid out the core functions. You could put all of that on one agent. You would not be wrong. The unlock is context and focus. Each agent gets a proper task that is driven toward outcomes. That is the difference. Here are the roles that were laid out for my fleet: ➡️ Eve, Chief of AI Staff ➡️ Amara, Client Delivery AM ➡️ Edna, Director of HAR (human and agent resources) - no capes! ➡️ Marlo, CMO, paid and performance ➡️ Postmaster, Inbox Manager ➡️ Talia, CFO ➡️ Roz, TOFU outbound ➡️ Baymax, TopCal outbound ➡️ Pact, closer and partnerships ➡️ Pulse, RevOps scoreboard ➡️ Luma, content producer ➡️ Scout, competitive intelligence ➡️ Optimus, social signals ➡️ Forge, product engineering lead ➡️ Yard, fleet ops and spend governor Others: ➡️ G-Coach - Fitness agent for crossfit/triathlon training, etc. ➡️ G-Dev - Developer agent for an app I've built and releasing soon 🤖 Two guardrails and blockers to remember. "Spend and send." Nothing gets posted or sent without human review and approval. No money gets spent without human review and approval. Everything else can be delegated. Pro tip: Grok Bot has a terminal, so it can install CLI tools. If you are on Cursor, a lot of your connectors and MCP servers transfer over right away. Inboxes, the usual stuff. Super easy. But if the tool is not in the connector marketplace, you are not stuck. I recorded a YouTube on this and put a downloadable skill in the description so the agent can still install CLIs. @bot Spinning up personas is the fun part. The actual pipeline I run pulls structured content, sources images through the Pexels API, and assembles reels start to finish, and there's still an open list of bugs I haven't gotten to. Demos always look done. Production never quite is.
