Today, I had the privilege of joining other members of the Body of Christ to worship at Omega Fire Ministries (OFM). The service, led by Apostle Johnson Suleiman, was truly uplifting. Truly, there's nothing quite like finding moments of peace and enlightenment in the presence of the Lord. Last night I had a heavy heart and couldn’t bring myself to utter a word of prayer. I just sat still on the bare floor meditating on Scriptures for an entire hour. As I stood up to go to bed, The Spirit laid it in my heart to search for “Reckless Love - Apostle Grace Lubega” on YouTube (The original song is by Cory Asbury, but I always prefer Apostle Lubega’s worship sessions). As I searched, the first video that popped up was this video by Apostle Joshua Selman instead. I’m not so much of an emotional person, but I bawled my eyes out last night as I listened to this brief ministration. It was speaking directly to me. All the while, God placed this burden in my heart, for this single moment. It reminded me of what Apostle Iren was saying about prayers at Reboot Camp last week Friday, that even when you don’t feel like it, that’s when you need it the most, stay there. Just stay. Even when you don’t have the words, just stay. It is in this unconditional pursuit of God that intimacy is birthed. To the Holy Spirit, its a proof of commitment, yieldedness and readiness.

The people of Plateau State freely gave me their mandate and I will not let them down. I also thank the Supreme Court of Nigeria for upholding the rule of law and the will of the people. Their Lordships have shown courage and integrity in delivering justice to the ordinary man in Nigeria. I appreciate Mr President for his democratic leadership and his respect for the judiciary. He has proven that he is a true statesman and a champion of the people's votes. I am grateful to the people of Plateau State for their unwavering support and trust. NO ONE SOARS IN IGNORANCE — INVEST IN YOUR SPIRITUAL GROWTH! This year, make a conscious effort to build your spiritual understanding through Biblical teachings. Just like a student needs a teacher, spiritual growth requires guidance. Faith for breakthroughs comes from receiving light and revelation in specific areas of life. Humility is key when seeking wisdom from those who carry light in areas where you lack understanding. Stop blaming external circumstances for personal struggles, seek the word that will produce light in your life. Press deeper into your spiritual walk with God, and dedicate time to study teachings that address your concerns. Faith comes through hearing and understanding. No one soars in ignorance. God remains faithful even when we fail, but our lack of spiritual understanding can limit the manifestation of His promises in our lives. This is a call to press deeper and spend more time with God. I am a member of the Redeemed Christian Church of God (RCCG). I will not stop attending the church, as I deeply respect the grace of God upon our father in the Lord. However, it is very wrong for our father in the Lord to come out and make this kind of statement. As his members, most of us are not happy with it.
