The little ones are kinda convenient from a space perspective, I also have a small size air fryer that works great, you can’t cook a whole lot in it, but it doesn’t take up a ton of counter space so I just do stuff in batches.

I have a 1970s Nordicware "stove top" Belgian waffle maker and I have an electric waffle maker - I kinda have a love/hate relationship with both. Nothing but my percolator lives on the countertop, not even the toaster
