Irungu Kang'ata: Currently, we are growing at about 5% per annum in GDP. During Kibaki's time, we were growing at about 7%. That was the fastest growth of the Kenyan economy ever between 2003 and 2013. Uhuru Kenyatta gave us a 5% growth rate. President Ruto, as per the latest report, we are growing slowly at about 4.5%-4.9%. This is what helps build our manufacturing might and makes us stronger. I know we have no shortage of talent here. Need some players who can build and are in it for the long haul. Stop chasing those low-hanging, ultra-competitive fruits. I should be able to do this on your software:

Our salaries budget is 46%. We are always being told by the Senate and the Controller of Budget not to employ more.
