I am forever thankful that Netflix Daredevil focused on creating a grounded, athletic Matt Murdock who worked hard, like an actual human, to commit to acrobatics & quicker travel. The physical Daredevil has and will always age infinitely better than the new weightless CG slop.

This is how I feel about born again in general. Even down to the sets, nothing feels tangible, gritty or real. It’s just all digital fuckery. Showing off actual physicality on display from a stunt actor just makes the whole thing so much more real.

That first season was god damn incredible , I think it’s episode 1 or 2 where he fights the place full of Russians and you can see him getting tired the longer it goes on, that kind of detail is important, loved that show.

Season one cost between 45-50 million and Reborn is about 120 million or more. It’s Amazing how much more some people can do with so much less.

I've said for a long time that cgi should only be used to compliment physical effects it's obvious when you see a full cg shot and it takes you out of the story

Disney Daredevil is about Matt Murdoch and not the Devil of Hell's Kitchen. It's somehow typical of them to focus on the wrong aspect of this.

When will they acknowledge his radar/sonar power and not make it all just about echolocation / super hearing?!

I respect the effort charlie put in, but the cgi looks so much better and more dynamic imo. Reminds me of tobys spiderman web swinging scenes.
