I am fighting to ensure a transparent recruitment process with no nepotism in local government. And I am setting up a Transport board for the county, and unlike Sadiq Khan's there will not be a diversity officer in sight. The rebuilding of Britain begins here in Lincolnshire and in every Reform UK led Council.
