Its a company callled Cosm, which acquired a company called C360. They also do all of the pylon cams in the NFL , above the basket in NBA and in seat cameras in Nascar. The camera tech is sick and can do all sorts of zooms and different perspectives.

It's not even "tech". It's basically just the same displays they use for movie studios now instead of greenscreens. They're individual borderless led panels with an insane refresh rate. You can string together as many as you want. Here's an article from 2020 about the concept.

Kinda looks like the experience one would get at the Vegas sphere.
