If you are eating boneless/skinless chicken breast, you will get fat. Bacon avocado cheeseburger with fries made from tallow will make you not want to chase after sweets. I'm speaking from personal experience.

Have you considered eating those things; but, in massively smaller portions? We have a portion control issue in the United States more than anything else. If you're body craves these things, it means you're probably deficient in a vitamin or protein. Eat them, just less of them

Adrianne, I eat half of what I ate in my twenties, I exercise more and I am FAT. TIRED OF IT. Menopause and thyroidectomies can go to hell.

Me too, Adrianne, especially at night. Attempting to sleep while hungry is not an option. It won’t work.
