@WARDOGS What do you use to fly? I've been trying to use controller but I am finding it hard to get the hang of flying :(

Biggest controller tip is rely less on your collective. Stay off throttle. I see a lot of people not even slamming pedals so that aswell. Once you do it enough times it’ll click. Coasting in while letting off throttle, whole heli sideways to dump speed using the torque pedals and only slightly rolling with stick, and when I finally lose momentum, down collective.

Controller* I was just shortening it Using a Gamesir G7 8K pro with my sticks set to dynamic and some anti deadzone settings to keep from fish tailing 12 bit, I suggest 10 bit though when flying if you aren’t used to it. Also have gyro enabled and using an eye tracker with some custom software I vibecoded to send gyro data based on eye positioning and pull my view to it until it centers at 0,0

@WARDOGS Blaring really loud music into enemy towers and doing circles round them. Or hitting flips into a landing for the coolness. Outflying AA. A lot of things are aura farming My favorite is dog fighting with a default bird and out flying attack helos till they crash.

@WARDOGS Do you keep assists on? I turned mine all off but maybe that was a mistake?

All assists off. I’m pretty sure there’s an issue with collectives as they never felt correct the entire beta specifically on controller. But better than the firing range beta so they’re adjusting the flight models prob. I did notice a major fishtailing effect specifically only on controller. Hotas and MNK was fine. Roller id hit speed and couldn’t hold tail straight.

@WARDOGS Yeah I don't think it's quite configured right, especially on keyboard some helis seem to be all over the place. Still a good start point. Definitely looking at getting a Hotas for EA play 🤟👍
