I been saying for a while I’m All about black nepotism. These crackers been doing it from generations but now they want to make believe that America operates on merit lol foh

Black Privilege: When I worked for a Mortgage lender I would reduce the interest rates of black family the day of closing Because I knew it was too late to change it

I like the principle but I wouldn't put a 'race' ticket on it. Try to do an act of kindness for someone else every day, regardless of their race, if you see you can award a 'kindness' to them. Even something as simple as complimenting a supermarket checker for being quick, that's a kindness.
