@max_carroll2 Facts. Memphis has a unique and diverse food scene. Texas has good brisket, but Memphis is on the rise with brisket. Bain’s BBQ and Elwood’s Shack has the best damn brisket that I’ve eaten. Even the vegan restaurants are 🔥. Summer Ave is filled with good food.
