Following The Washington Post reporting the FBI is seeking to reopen the case against him, I asked Eric Swalwell if he knows or has been informed in any way what information, if any, the FBI is basing this on. Swalwell: “I suspect it's politically motivated. Jim, I have the only lawsuit that has survived this presidency. It's me and the January 6th officers.”
