Dude these kids who go astray come from other cities or small towns and go crazy with the freedom and have never been goid with self control or regulation.. Have seen some really terrible cases of things going drastically wrong with such uncontrolled hosteliers during my college days.. People born and brought up in these cities or those with grounding and self regulation stay away from doing all this bs. They study, get good grades, land jobs, do internships and sort their lives. Ye sab karne wale baad mein regret karte hain.
