My wife phoned our GP surgery at 8.45 am yesterday & was given a 11 am face to face appointment same day. GP referred her to hospital dermatology outpatients. Hospital phoned this morning & offered an appointment tomorrow morning.👍

I work at the County Hospital in Hereford. Dermatology waiting list (non emergency) 2yrs. Dermatology waiting list (emergency) 1yr General ENT waiting list between 30-40weeks Private carpark & not offered to staff, staff have to park elsewhere in town. Etc, etc, etc
